Seasonal Supper: A Fundraiser For Fresh Approach• Hap Magee Ranch | Danville, CA

Seasonal Supper was a farm-to-table dinner held at Hap Magee Ranch in Danville, CA that highlighted local farmers and the fresh organic food they grow. I facilitated this event by collaborating with a select team from different departments at PCFMA. I created all of the marketing collateral including posters, fliers, web banners, maps/signage, ticket packages & menus, and I directly marketed the dinner by attending events/festivals that correlated with our ideal customer and our mission.

My idea behind this dinner was to connect the community to their food by creating an intimate environment for them to get to know the farmers, while benefiting our sister organization, Fresh Approach . The event was a huge success and we ended up raising over $2000 that will help Fresh Approach continue to educate low income families of the Bay Area on eating and living healthier.

We had a lot of great support from our friends/local farmers at Happy Acre Farm, Frog Hollow Farm, and Glennhawk Wines. We couldn't have made such an amazing event without all of their awesomeness and the hard work they put into growing all of the food! Unfortunately i was too busy serving, cleaning, mingling with guests and photographing the event, so you won't see any pictures of me in a dress shirt and tie!
